Rear jacking point?

Is it OK to use a floor jack under the differential?

Thanks, Craig

I would only do it on the frame just inside the external "Mickey Mouse" jack point. The differential housing could crumple.

M-B technical literature states the differential is the suitable lifting point. I have done it for many years.
