A/C display...
Is the A/C display that shows the temp. and fan level supposed to light up on my 2000 E320. Mine never has and it's a pain in the *** at night.

Are the bulbs accessible by taking the unit out with the removal tools used for the radio.

Yes, the little flat tools remove the radio and the climate control module.
