knocking noice when turning

so i'm hearing this knocking noise when turning right. it seems like its coming from the right front wheel well. the eibach springs and bilstein shocks are less than 20,000 on them? anyone have any idea to what this could be?

Probably not the springs or shocks. How about a wheel bearing?
