LED Tail light mod?

Has anyone put these on their car yet? And do you like them?

I have the "waved" version of those from ebay on my 97 E300. They work well but I'm not a huge fan, they're bright from behind but at angles seem dim. I haven't had a problem though and cant fault the quality, but I personally would rather some OEM 00+ tail lights. I think these LED ones would look more fitting on a post face lift car, than a pre face lift car like mine.

P.S. If anyone near Boston has some OEM 00-02 taillights and wants to trade let me know.

The ones above are just flat on the outside, the "waved" ones have the slight wave to them like the OEM post facelift ones go look at your stockers and you'll see what Im talking about...

Both of those are knock offs, i would recommend the wave type rather then the LED one. Why? Less problems, for example an LED not soldered on all the way, and you will not be able to see as well looking at the taillight from an angle

Both sets are made in Taiwan, the seals on these products are mostly pointless.

I would rather get the wave one, because I've had better luck with those. They also look better during the day/night. If you do decide to get either set, prepare to bend screws that come in the housing (Because these are knock-offs, the specs are perfect).

Legit sets range from 300$+, although you do get the same look. The knock-offs won't quite reach the origional's capability (In brightness)
