HELP!!! E430 dies while driving

HELP!!! E430 dies while driving
My E430 just up and dies while I am operating the vehicle. Can be in park or drive. Let it sit for 20 mins or so and it will restart. 
Pulled codes and it says Air Temp, Air Flow and Coolant Temp Sensors. Now to find where to buy these parts. And wth they are located to replace them. 
Anyone know?? Called the local Benz parts dept and they had me on hold so long I forgot who I was talking to. Any help would be appreciated.
