Need Help with Exhaust!!!!!
My catalic converter on the driver side is knocking, and is getting worse.
Anyone know where i can get one for lesss then the dealer price??
How much does something like this cost with labor???

wow i didnt even know that---i just bought my car last month.
How do i find out if its still covered??
The car is a 99 with 91k on it, so i can forget about the under 80k, but what about the 8 years??

If you can't get the cat covered under warranty, you should try an aftermarket cat. Other forum members have used Random Technology with success.

I ve looked for the part and the best price i can find is $395.00 just for the driver side. But thats the whole pipe ...from the header to the flow tubes!
I can only imagine how much the repair is going to be considering that the screws look rusted shut!! So without a torch and some heat they aint coming out.....grrrr
