folding mirrors (is that what you mean by 'dippable'?) can be retrofitted to 210s. you may want to email Steve on logistics. no doubt
will require version coding along with all parts needed to control it.

tilting pax mirror for reverse/parking should have been std feature for US models.

I agree with Raymond regarding the right side mirror that lowers when you are in reverse (standard on mine at least). You have to program it, and also need to have the mirror adjustment switch in the rigth mirror position for it to work.

my car has the folding mirrors but I'm not sure if the dipping reverse mirrors work

I'm having a hard time finding the mirror motors online maybe someone could help me out over here so I can get the other feature working properly

another question can the seat lumbar controls be retrofitted on my car???

Hey Rezz.

Have u tried reversing the car with the mirror adjustment selector set to the passenger side? That should work if you have the folding memory mirror option.

yo whitey long time no see

yeah I tried that but still no avail. Besides my reverse lights won't come on (no power going to them) so I gotta check the trans selector or the wires then find a pair of motors to get the sides fixed
