Custom Emblem
I machined a new emblem for 430. Went to the dealership to order some spring hats and asked about the flat emblem they said they had one i looked at it and seen how it goes over the recessed area i thought it would look bad plus they wanted $67 US for it. I decided to look online and found nothing i liked. I machined it out of T6061. I talked to the graphics/web person at my office and he printed out my initals on vinal. I wanted something unique and I like how it looks. The diameter is 1.625 in or 41.28mm.
!!!!! 1-3 are pre paint photos last one is finished let me know what you think. I will post some more when I install and wash car. !!!!!!

I like it. Can you engrave the logo into the aluminum instead of using a sticker?
What else are you able to make?
I'm looking for a place to machine a dead pedal that matches the sport pedals I put in my 210. I'd settle for not having the plastic buttons that stick out if I could get the holes and the basic style to match.
Would you be interested in giving it a shot? I can draw the part and probably make a prototype with my CNC (sorry, I build cabinets, so it is not able to cut metal - the prototype would be made of wood).

I could machine the logo but would have to pay for machine time and would have to find one avalible. I just machined this one on a manual. I actualy dont work in the machine shop im in Quality. I just did some work hear and there when not busy.
