System Upgrade?

I was thinking about putting extra speakers in the doors front and rear.
The question is ....if I pull off the door pannels, can the AIRBAGS deploy??
Or is there a switch or a fuse that i can pull just to make sure.

Bro i wouldnt' worry about the door bags goin off, i've had the panels off a few times now and nothing. Actually, a few guys on here have gotten into some pretty serious accidents in which the front bags didn't even deploy.

If you need any tips on a system install lemme know, as i had all new components up front both in the doors and in the dash, as well as two 12" JL's out back with dual amps. I retained the factory head unit though, still sounded awesome.

cool good to know.
Im about to do a major overhaul. Im going MB Quart all the way around, plus redesigning the bottoms of all door pannels so they can house 2 (i guess 4 1/2 inch) speakers, as well as kick pannels with 6" in them. An Extreme amp for the interior, and a competition Extreme amp in the trunk mounted on the trunk lid.
As for subs im putting in 2 Kicker L7 Squares in the little pockets on the sides of the trunk with custom stealth enclousures, and if that isnt enough, im gonne add to that 4-10" or 2-12" underneath the existing rear speakers. All thou im worried about the clearance, cuz i still want trunk space.
My head unit is Kenwood 8 inch flipout. All that should sound nice, we ll see.
