I also say call Roadside. You pay Mercedes price for part but get free install, they come to your house, recheck/synch, and give you the warranty.

Install is stupid easy, so is resynching.
I paid about half of what MB charges, I replaced mine in about 10 minutes, and the battery comes with a 7 year warranty.
I don't see the need for Roadside, unless you are stuck out in the middle of nowhere with a bum battery.
