Angry *&#^$% Loctite

Looking for helpful hints. '99 E320 and I'm trying to remove the lower bolts from the sway bar links (to replace links/bushings). Tried everything I know of to break these loose. Ideas?

i believe i saw blue on them, so if Loctite blue used, just a little bit of heat should soften it and allow for removal. i was able to remove the fitting w/o
resorting to heat. i used torx bit on ratchet.
