where can i get the stuff to get this off?

if the emblem was stuck there for 7 yrs since production, the paint underneath will not be the same as the rest and you will see the difference. doesnt matter if u get all that goo off or not.

I own a 1999 W210 Mercedes.
alcohol

Use a blow dryer and heat up the adhesive, then use a rag with some alcohol and it comes right off.

Not true, for white cars anyway. I just debadged my white 1998 a couple months ago and you cannot tell that there was ever an emblem there no matter what angle you look at it.



To get the rest off, use a mixture of the following. Goo gone, Rag cloth, blow dryer, and scratch remover.

nice and clean... the white does look good debadged. i will try and get a can of those goof off stuff.

I debadged my 97 E420 too and I could not tell any difference (silver). Used goo gone, blow dryer, and fingernails (soft) LOL
