The instrument cluster on wife’s 99 E320 has gone bad and needs to be replaced. The dealer is asking over $1200 for the new part but I see many available on eBay for $150 or more.

I don’t want to misstate the miles on her car so wanted to find out if anyone knows of a U.S company that can reset the miles for the Mercedes instrument cluster. Her car has over 120k miles so most of clusters I find will need to reset to a higher mileage. Looking for input here vs. paying a high price at the dealership.

 

You can bring your car to the shop which have Star Diagnosis computer to reset the mileage.

And I have one 96-99 instrument cluster for sale.
