96 e300d back headrest won't go down
Hi guys
Just brought the e300 I can't get the rearseat headrest to go down
Is there a manual release for the headrest? I also heard a whinning from the
rear at all speeds is this something I need to worry about? Do anyone have
a shop manual I can use or buy for this car? I got this car back east so I
couldn't test drive it .

There is a button on the middle console near the "hazard" switch. Hold it for a few seconds as the rear headrests are vacuumed operated...
