Getting front end repainted... thoughts on price quote

After 150K of driving my hood, bumper, and both front quarter panels have some decent rock chips. I'm getting a little tired of looking at them, and want to prevent any rust that may form as a result of the chipping.

I have decided to give the front end a repaint. I was quoted $1,150 to repaint all four panels in mention. Each panel needs to be ground down to the metal in a bunch of areas to ensure a nice smooth finish, so my guess there is some decent labor associated with the quote.

What do you guys think of the price?

I think I'm also going to get the black plastic valances on the bottom of both bumpers painted color code to my car.

I'm in Wisconsin. What do you think is a decent ball park price?
