leds in rearview?
to those with newer model w210s, do you have leds on the bottom of your rearview? do they light up during the day?
i have a 99 and i want to put in something like this. has anyone ever tried this?

I think you're referring to the larger LED that emits a soft red light and not the tiny yellow lights that are connected with the 3 multifunction buttons, right? Yes, 2000+ E's do have both lights on the rear view mirror. The red led only comes on when the parking lights are on. I remember someone else posting about this issue when he wanted to install something similar on his C class (I think). You might want to search for that thread and see if he was successful in doing so.
