I turn the car off and sometimes the rear tailights blink??
Really confused, it sounds like I left the hazards on. I turn the car off and I hear the TICK TOCK lights blinking but the hazards or nothing is on, however, I went in the back and I saw the rear tailights blink. I turn the car on and it goes away, this happens only somtimes, not all the time. Also, I sometimes get a "DEFECTIVE LAMP" message which wont go away untill I turn the car off and then back on. Like I said, all of this happens sometimes, not constant. What is it?

i'd
check ur wires back there and your bulbs, also your fuses, dont be scared to learn about your car...open the flaps in the trunk and check it out, the car is complaining about an electrial voltage error, maybe bulbs need changing
