Need some help................

For some reason my belt is slipping off the fan clutch. While idling it is fine, however as soon as I step on the gas, it slips off and falls behind the fan clutch until heats up enough to burn and falls to shreds. I have replaced the be tensioner thinking that it didn't have enough tension and that was the reason, however 3 belts later, I still have this problem. Your thoughts?

Also, the car is a 1999 E320 Sedan

Check all of the pulleys and see if any of them very hard to turn by hand when there is no belt except the crank shaft pulley. Also check for any warp pulleys by hand turning them.(again with no belt) It could also be your tensioner is not applying enough tension keeping the pulley too lose.
I would also check and see any clogged channels on the pulleys where the belt teeth sits. (Could it also be that one of the pulleys off the belt track?)
Good luck.

Sight the alignment of the roller pulley to the other pulleys. If out, spin that pulley to determine if good. If good but out of alignment, the sacrificial sleeve inside the tensioner pivot arm has worn. Requires 17mm hex to replace pivot arm.
