What oil for my '97 E420 Sport?

What oil for my '97 E420 Sport?
I am ready to tackle the first oil change for my E420 sport. I'd like to use Mobil 1...what viscosity/grade should I use?
Also, does my E420 Sport have stiffer suspension than a regular E420 other than 17" AMG wheels and bodykit?

I prefer AMSOIL Synthetic over Mobil1
Saw your post and had to respond.
I use a product called AmsOil. (www.amsoil.com) You can check the link below for any info. I was introduced to this synthetic product over 10 years ago when we used it in our Fire Apparatus (Fire Engine). I went on to use it in every thing that had a piston...from my BMW to my lawn mower. My 1992 BMW has over 228,000 miles without any major engine problems and an incredible compression performance. I now put it in my 1998 E320. I'd cook with the stuff it made my pasta taste better! Look for a dealer near you since you won't find this in shops that cater to the heavy hand of the petroleum companies. Do your homework. You will find this product to be the best you can find. After all, the lubricant in your engine is its lifeblood. Treat it right.
