Rear subframe bushs worn are they hard to do?

Had my car over the pit last night to change engine oil and was looking for the source of a clunk which only happens when flooring it from a standstill.

Only bush i could see with play was the left front on the rear subframe

Is it wise to replace all four or just the dead one?

I am a truck mech so am capable, so long as no special tools needed.
