Question about lowering..
As i stated in an earlier post, i am installing the Eibach pro kit and many of you have suggested that I wait several months before deciding on a spring pad. My question is this: Is it as much work as installing the springs when its time to install the pads? Would really hate to pay for that labor twice.

99 E320
it should be easier: the OEM springs are long. once they have been replaced
by shorter springs (H&R, Eibach, Vogtland, etc) removing them is less of a
chore, slightly, because less clearance is needed to pull them out.
for my 99 E320, I can swap pads in approx 15-20 mins per corner. helped
Eurosport swap rear pucks in his E55 last week and that took a little longer.
he had rear sway bar, ergo, a bit less room to muscle tools and hands around.
still, it was painless and very few swear words were used.
