Oil Additive..help
my mechanic has recommended the addition of Prolong in my oil. He is of the opinion that it will boost the performance of my high mileage engine. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

Don't waste your money. The claims are so bogus that the government ending up sueing them. Do a Google search and you should find plenty of info. Here are 2 samples:
