Hey guys, I added alittle weight to the trunk lid (lip spoiler and dynomat). the spoiler was ok but adding the dynomat weight it down even more now when i pop the trunk it doesn't swing upward. Is there anyway to adjust the trunk lid tension? thanks

One can adjust the tension with the trunk springs as they have several notches to stretch for more tension..Very simple job!

adjust one notches at a time til lid open freely and slowly. I moved both side all the wayout and when the trunk button is depress the lid shot up like a sling shot

lesson learned
