Differences in 96-99 & 00-02 headlamps
What is different about the xenon headlamps from these years? I see posting on Ebay for the 00-02 lights all the time and want to purchase a set but some people have said that they won't fit. I believe on a previous post some people have mentioned that the lenses will fit ... Are the mounts different? Any idea guys?

The W210 E-Class was updated for the 2000+ models. The mounting hardware on the rear of the light assemblies and the way they mount are different.
