Question Light Output from Depo Projector

I wanted to get a feel from folks who have the stock Depo headlights installed on the light output vs. OEM headlights. I am in the market for a pair of headlights for my 01 W210 and am looking at the stock Depo to replace my stock OEM. Also I have a heard a lot about the Daniel Stern 65watt H7 rally bulbs and wanted to find out if these bulbs will be brighter than stock , also if they will be compatible with the depot headlights.

it is my opinion that the Depo stock projector channels about 1/3 - 1/2 of
the lumens and coverage vs stock MB reflector. nicely put, THEY SUK!
both the projector bowl and the lens are poorly designed.

yes, you can 'upgrade' it by putting in a premium bulb but that won't change
the fact that the focus of the bowl/lens....S U C K.

i've been intrigued by this but havent' had a chance to sample one yet. they
are not too far from me here in Seattle.

ohlord is the cheerleader of the rallye bulbs but i've not tried those yet

ray is right about the depos with h7s. 56watt bulbs mighht make a difference but you would be better off putting them in the stock lights.

My issue is that the beam on one of headlights cannot be adjusted as the knob is rounded.....thus it is very bright causing pain to others. I guess my three options are :

1) Shop on ebay for stock replacement headlight
2) Shop on ebay for stock Xenon headlight
3) Save up and have Zam2000 build me a Depo Bixenon

Thanks for your input mates.

Cheers
