You would want to go with a flash, a reprogramming of the software. Both engine and transmission should be flashed. How much HP you want to add is up to you, but I don't think you can get more than about 210-220 out of it. You should talk to someone in your area who knows what they are doing.
Most of the guys in here are not familiar with the diesel engines we use in europe, but they may be able to give you advice on flashing in general.
But whatever you do, don't buy a chip (an external box). Go for a flash (reprogramming of the software).

I want reprogramming the software, and i think that 200-210hp is verry good for me, I live in europe (Lithuania) .In my country are some companys that reprogramming software, but they dont know nothing about e270 with automatic gearbox. I speak with one chiptuning company and they said: I make +20%hp and +40-60nm , but I dont know about your gearbox how much hp and nm it can keep....I hope you understand me

+20% hp should be fine, that will leave you with 204 right?
the torque I don't know about, but I think it will be OK. My 220CDI (143hp) can be flashed to about 175-180 hp with no problems (about 22-26%)
Maybe you can have a talk with your dealer
btw, I would personally not do the flashing with a company who don't know how much my engine and trans can take. How do I then know they know what they are doing?

I have a friend in Athens who drives a W210 CDI220 taxi that was chipped, and I can tell you that thing felt like a beast on the highway. If you want, I can try to get in tough with him for more specifics on how he did it.
