So i dont know....

did you change all four wheels or just the fronts? Maybe the rears are done now too.

Check to see that all the connectors are fully seated. They have o-rings to keep out water. A little water can trigger the sensor circuit.

thanks i was thinking that too wet sensors because its raining here in SoCal.
im also missing a antirattle spring(stupid stealer had it backordered) can that be the cause? the rattling cause the sensor to malfunction from all teh bumps and stuff? the part counter lady also said its not that important

I think the sensor works when two open wires embedded in plastic get shorted by the rotor when the pad's thickness goes down. The sensor could have possibly worn out an insulation or water in the connector could do it too (but I don't know how water could get to it).

Pad warning message will only come on from

Worn Pad sensor =Broken Contact
Pad sensor Unplugged OR Worn/Broken Wire to Pad sensor from a object caught in the wheel area that ripped the sensor/harness...Seen that a few times

Also Check the Brake Fluid level ....
