![Question](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I have a problem with my E320 that limits rpm to about 4300rpm at any speed or gear. I have test/change many parts without success, Camshaft sensor, Camshaft timing solenoid, Transmission position sensor. I folloow the suggestions from some thread in the forum and ask at the MB shop to reprogram the ECU, they look me strange, checked the ECU but didnt found anything. following the test procedures from alldata I test myself the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP or L5) on the ECU connector, I verify that it has aprox. 1 K resistance meaning it's ok, but on idle with the CKP connected (made a nick on insulation of wires e37 and e38) I don't get any voltage (5V would be normal). Is it possible that the CKP is not sensing the teeth of the driven plate?
