Sonar VS Depo Headlights
Hello everyone,
Looking to purchase some new headlights and was wondering if anyone has any experiences with Sonar vs DEPO headlight brands....
also, whats a good K temp to choose?
Im looking for a lot of light with a bluish tint, mostly for easier night driving.
Any input is welcome
thanks in advance

Most here have been converting the Depo units and there is info in the DIY section on that. No answer for you on the Sonar units. Do you have a website to go to for them? As for color temp that is easy. The lower the color temp in Kelvins the better the illumination will be. While a Purple 10K Kelvin unit may look pretty the actual usable light output is dismal. MB sets their OEM Xenons at 4300 Kelvin which gives a slight blueish tint and good night time penetration. As you start going up in the color temp range usable light will drop off and color will go from yellow to blue to purple at the highest end.
