they thought of everything!
This is the kind of stuff that we don't pay attention to and yet it amazes me of what the Stuttgart engineers think of when designing our cars. 2 days ago with the freezing temps I noticed that wiper fluid was spraying a little wimpy and with that "salt storms" in NY and freezing weather I use that fluid rahter fast. It struck me that although it is so cold outside (water freezing temps) the fluid is still fluid. I looked under the hood and the huge wiper fluid bucket has a heater rod right in the fluid so it would not freeze.

Do all W210 models have the heated fluid or just the ones with Headlamp Washers and Xenon HID lamps?
I remember 6.3 has Xenon.

I've noticed that as well. It's kool to see little steam rise up after you've just sprayed and cleared the window. Amazes me everytime and leaves a smile on the face. Being in New England, we get to experience such kool things. Although it does bother me that my washer fluidis warm but I have no heated seats, and I have the leather package. Maybe they forgot?? Hmmm........

Heated seats are just great. That is the first thing I turn on after the engine starts. I am thinking on retrofitting it to my 67 coupe when it's done. Does eny one know of asource for those kits?

i've been driving all the way into nyc -50+ miles-this week because i dont want to get out of my car. just turn the seats on and take my coat off, doesnt matter if its zero out there..definitely part of what we pay for.
