'98 300D AC
My '98 300D Air Conditioner will sometimes not come on when the car is started, the fan indicator shows the fan is blowing but on air is coming out the vents. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens about 50% of the time.
Does anyone have suggestions?

If its a 98 its an E300.
Search for "fan blower regulator"; you might also check that the brushes in the blower motor arent the problem. With the kick panels removed and the ac system on, give the fan squirrel cage a couple of nudges clockwise. If it fires up its probably not your regulator thats at fault.
