OK. That's an Audio 30. The european units have Audio 30 written after Mercedes Benz.. Weird thing the american unit is different...
anyways. if it's the same audio 30 as the european, my audio10/audio 30 manual says enter code and press up, down, left or right.

The audio 10 is delivered with a phone on an extra console on the right side of the center console. you have to press the buttons on the phone to call a number. If you have the number you want to call stored it's possible to use the steering wheel. The steering wheel can control incoming calls and everything goes via the head unit.
