Yeah, its #24.

So, voltage looks reasonable. With the way your ETS lights up, it needed to be ruled out.

Did you ever re-read post #2 and listen for the SOV when the car won't start?

Hopefully, the K40 relay is the fault and is screwing with feeding voltage to those ETS wheel sensors in addition to your ignition.

I've not had the starting problem in a couple of days. I've learned that when the lights flash red/green, I can leave the key in the 'on' position for a few minutes before cranking it and it stats right up.

Unfortunately, as I feared, the K40 relay was $100 wasted. It didn't do a damn thing to fix the cluster issue.

Does the CEL and ETS warnings fire up when you start it?

The ETS light has been intermittent but hasn't came back on since I've posted that video and I've driven a few times in the last couple of days. I finally the the CEL cleared (I didn't give the glow-plugs a chance to do their thing) right after I took that video.

I'm not mad about the K40 relay. From what I read its bound to fail sooner or later and I can maybe sell the old one for $25 or something. At least I now know what it ISN'T.
