A/C Dash Vent Problem

On my '99 Wagon the passenger side vents blow much, much colder than the drivers side vents, which are noticeably warmer. Does it have vacuum controls under the dash? Is this problem something that I can check out myself?

I had a similar problem many years ago on the E430 and it was a defective evaporator temperature sensor IIRC. On the 210 I think there is one for the left and right side, accessed from under the dash.

There is an awesome web site that will do the diagnositics for you, provided you obtain the error codes.

First, go to this web site to get instructions on how to obtain the fault codes:
http://www.eclassbenz.com/node/27

Then, plug in the values here:

I checked the fault codes with my Harbor Freight Reader and there are none, thanks for the suggestion.

I think you are talking about reading codes through the OBDII port. You can't read HVAC codes there with your reader. For the climate control you use the control unit in the dash (N22). See the following link, look under Magazine Articles, Mercedes-Benz A/C Diagnostics and Evaporator Replacement:
