Lubrizol - where to buy?
I have a squeeking noise coming from my steering wheel. The sound seems to eminate from inside the steering column. It sounds like a rubber rubbing on rubber sound.
Someone on the forum suggested adding Lubrizol, and that you can get it from the dealer. When I asked the parts department, they told me that they never use any aftermarket additives, and that they've never even heard of Lubrizol.
Can someone shed some light on this?
Thanks!

havent heard of that lube before. but have you use the SEARCH function
on this forum yet? squeaky steering is one of the more common ailments
for the 210. there was either a technical service bulletin or a recall on
this. give the SEARCH feature a try first.

Dealers up north sell this product. I asked my local dealer in NC and they had no idea......call some dealerships in NY, NH, ME, VT, NJ and you will have better luck.
