Question Window Problem

I haven't had a chance to look at any threads, working 18 hr days. My right rear window wouldn't go back up after putting it down the other day. I took the door panel off and managed to push the window up. It can fall back down as easily as I pushed it up, that's all about I did for now until I get a day off this weekend. I did find a white piece of plastic inside the door at the bottom, could be a clip. The motor still functions, well, anyway I hear it when I depress the power to it. Anyone have an Idea what went wrong? Does anyone have a diagram that I could view? I know I need a repair manual! Any help is appreciated like always!

Window regulators for our cars are notorious for breaking down prematurely. They are cheap and easy to replace (go to autohausaz.com for example). I should know, I replaced both rear regulators already.
