2001 E320 Avant turbo diesel
another broken thing
Almoust forget about this
there is a round black cylindrical motor of some kind mounted down next to turbo it has a pipe that goes into the engine block and another that goes off to the two little metal things by the break booster
When it was very quiete the other other morning opened up the hood and could hear it turning and then stop then start at different speeds so I went over and located it... it seemd to stop all together... wacked it with a screw driver and it started up a bit more. must be fubar but. what is it. ?

I guess it strugling cause my wiper fluid is low hah
