Misfiring?

Misfiring?
I have a 96 e320 and the check engine light is on, i ran the codes and they come up as misfire on cylinder #1 and multiple cylinder misfire. being that the crank sensor is usually the culprate in this situation i replaced it, it worked fine for about a week and now its back to misfiring and if i unplug the sensor and plug it back in the check engine light goes off but then as soon as i get into the gas a little bit more than normal driving like to pass or something the check engine light comes back on and it starts misfiring. It also misfires really bad when i first start it up in the morning until it warms up, any ideas will help. Thanks

cps is not that
symptom at all.
swap the coil and see if the miss moves with the coil.
m104 also known for bad plug connectors so check them.

No no manual practical to that application
You may want to look into a newer lower mile model by the time you sink a few tho into a rebuilt trans in a 96.
