I have a 1994 e320. i have tried this question in the 124 forum but without reponse. this car has the same motor as 96/97 e320.

the srs light came on and i feel it might be the "clock spring" behind the steering wheel.

1) is there any way to test to see if it is the problem?

2) how do you reset the light.( i have tried disconnecting the batt)
i have checked for codes but there are none stored?


any advise would be appreciated.
