2001 E320 Avant turbo diesel
geee, let me guess you dont even have a scratch on your w210 and didnt you ever play doctors and nurses or sometthing
I would have to award some one a medal if they honestly can say they drive in diverse enviroment as daily driver and have a perfect example.
I know mine has scuffs on the corners of the front bumpers but then it isnt riding as high as hurse like some w210's
Ive reversed softly into the odd thing here and there ... nothing to major but unsightly scars to the paint work never the less
A morron has progressivly damaged my wing mirror over the last 6 mnths untill the metal bracket snapped. (now held on and in place with duckting tape)
And I have damage on my door when I accidentaly scraped against a bollard type thing worsend by the same person who must of took out the mirror
Rims chipped and brutalised to high hell reeally wish some one had of steered me to wards "Rim Feelers"
of course if your car is nothing but project car to be looked at you wouldnt have a clue on earth I am saying right?? since you dont ever drive it..

Ill show mine later,where can i buy a new bumper ? Mines supposed to look exactly like the car above this post but it does not o_O !
Edit: Yeahhhh i need a bumper pretty bad ! whats a legit site i can order a new one from ? can i put a newer model bumper like a 2001 on a 1999 ?

Parts.com has new bumpers. The fog lights I'm pretty sure are different from 1999 to 2000 so you would potentially have to change more than just the bumper if you wanted to swap. Also, the piece below your headlights is part of the bumper on the 2000 (on the 1999, it's a separate piece).
You might try a body shop that has access to a junk yard, as well.
