How to do this ??

I am working on pulling my drivers side seat out of the car to swap out the seat pad. I was able to take all the 4 ground bolts out, remove the bolt to separate the seat belt and disconnect 2 of the 3 wire sockets from under the seat.

I have one main set of wires that needs to be disconnected and am not sure how to pull these out. I am attaching some pictures so someone can direct me better. I did not see any clips that can be pushed to pull these out and stopped prior to pulling hard and doing any damage.

I would appreciate if someone who has done this can point me in the right direction.

Cheers

sitting on my lazy #ss and not wanting to find my camera to take a pic, I
will offer this......

from memory, just look to the side of that connector block and you should
see a sliding switch, best described as a serrated/horizontal-ly sliding thing.

upon installation, BE SURE you orient the switch properly. some folks inadvert
flip it 180...and though it'll plug in, the sliding/locking feature wont work

Make sure you have the battery unplugged when you do all this so you don't have any airbag issues.

I dont believe there is any airbag circuitry in the drivers seat, only the passenger seat for the occupancy sensor, which is a separate yellow harness. Airbag wiring often is yellow.
