Stuck Rear Headrests
The rear headrests of my '96 E320 are stuck in the up position. The lowering button activates the"motor', but the rests do not go down. I have tried pushing the headrests while activating the button, but that doesn't work. Any other suggestions? Can I lower the headrests manually?
