Replacing door sills on a E320

My passanger side door sills broke. I opened the door and the part just broke off The plastic part that connects the sills to the metal broke completly. How can I replace it? Do I need to buy a new door sills? Can I go to the junk yard and yank one off of another car? It has to be a DIY kind of job. I am open to suggestions. Thank you

try this...step 1

then, with part # in hand, review this...step 2

Saw this problem too

Did you find a solution? I was just looking at a used 2002 E320 4matic wagon and found the same problem with the passenger side rear door sill step missing.
