'97 E300 - Rear suspension question
I initially had an issue with the OEM bolts from the original control arm not fitting the inserts that were fabricated and sent along with the Lensolo arms. I recently ordered another inner camber bolt and discovered they had changed the design, and the new bolt now fits the inserts perfectly. My concern is still as such: will the remaining components in the rear suspension allow/have enough play to allow the adjustable camber arm from Lensolo to be extended enough to bring the rear camber value within spec, without being limited by the other suspension components, (i.e. thrust arm (116), strut arm (77), tie rod (101), #'s from the below listed image). After review on some parts websites, it appears that the components I have listed have updated versions of them. All of my currently listed suspension components are still original and appear to be ok, but would these updated parts be necessary and/or help me bring the rear back within spec.
Sorry about the rambling, I just want to get some feedback from those that know, do I need to replace my existing components with the updated units?
FYI: I will also be replacing the rear spring pads with #5 units.
