will 1997 E420 H&R springs fit on 1996 E320?

they should fit, however, I believe H&R makes springs are based on the weather the car is V6 or V8 because of weight of the engine. So the V8 springs may be be more - stiffer or taller or something to correct for the added weight. All speculation.

actually, i don't think H&R differentiates between the two models. H&R has the same part #. there is no fitment problem, it'll fit. but, the car will be slightly higher on the 320 (compared to 420) due to less weight in the front.

I went to www.hrsprings.com and they now list shocks & Sway Bars for W210.
