So, I get the call yesterday that wife got a flat. She ran over some construction debris. A big slice in tread that is too large for a plug. I knew I got a deal on the 211/e500 rims and tires/take offs with new original tires, albeit a few years old for 600 bucks and I also knew that to replace a tire would be expensive/Pilot HX MXM4 245/45 R17 95H Sport $247.00 each. Just didn't think she would ruin one in 6 months and maybe 3000 miles. So guess who gets to work this weekend to pay for it??? too bad I didn't have 30000 miles on them so I could replace them all for 500 bucks...
at least she didn't drive 5 miles on it and shred/blow out the wheel well
