Just to verify something..Differential Fluids replacement
Is this something that needs to be replaced on a 1999 E-320 ?
Or this only applies to 4Matic models?
I have replaced the transmission/torque converter oil but not sure if the differential oil needs replacement or not.
If the answer is yes, how often does the differential oil needs changing.

The rear drive models have a rear differential. The 4matic models should have a center differential as well. You can find instructions for changing the rear differential fluid on Benzworld in the DIY thread, I believe.
