Red and green LEDs flash with remote
I have a 96 e320 and have just started to use the remote opener after letting it sit with dead batteries for years. I reprogrammed it per the owner's manual, it locks and unlocks the car but both LEDS are flashing...What's going on?

U need to clean your EDW system with the scanner. you have a faulty code stored in the EDW memory, erase your storage codes & all works good again
When the 2 leds flashing let you know you have a faulty code stored (Opened door with the armed alrm, opened hood, opened trunk or so)
