how to remove headrest?

i put them all the way up but dont see a tab to remove them

There is no tab. Just pull up. If the headrest does not come off, keep pushing the button.

use the headrest button and let it raises to the highest point. Then pull it hard at an 90 degree angle. Make sure dont hit the ceiling.

just give it a good yank when it is extended. It will pull right out. Don't be afraid to pull to hard, it will come out w/o breaking anything.
