What extended warranty do you recommend

What type of extended warranty varies on the number of mile you place on a car per year. For example I place close to 36,000 miles on a car in a year. The extended warranties that I looked at ran around $2,500 for another 4 years and 50,000 . That would basically give me another year and a half. IMO the cash better spent on other mods.
For what its worth: I heard good things on Warranty Direct. I know a couple of doctors that purchased warranties through them uo to 100,000 miles over the MB (starmark). Some people think the MB extended warranty will get received better at the dealer. Could be true.
